Anime Festival May 2nd 11-5ish

Ages 12 and up are invited to an Anime Festival at the Marlboro Library, featuring the international sensation ‘Boys Over Flowers’ series on Saturday, May 2nd  from 11-5. ‘Boys Over Flowers’ (Hana Yori Dango) is the most popular teen show in Japan having run for 2 seasons and ending with summer blockbuster movie in 2008. For those who miss ‘Twilight’ , give this series a try! The show chronicles the story of a poor commoner girl attending a glamorous high school that is dominated by four very rich and beautiful teen boys. It is based on the manga by Yoko Kamio and features live actors. In addition to showing the series, Japanese style snacks and food will be served at lunch.
